Teach Out Agreement

Any body accredited to the Commission and approved by the Commission and which has concluded a teach-out agreement with another entity, whether that entity has submitted a preliminary plan to the Commission or is accredited by the Commission, shall notify the Commission of its intention to participate in the teach-out before its implementation, in order to enable the Commission to determine whether the accredited body is in a position: its tasks under the teach-out, is not sanctioned by the Commission and already has the necessary authorisations from the Commission and other bodies to propose the necessary programmes. For the avoidance of doubt, only the institution which is to submit a provisional plan for approval under this Directive shall be responsible for the submission of an applicable teach-out agreement. . . .
